For your convenience we offer four different billing options.
1. Pay as needed with a credit card on our website via credit card.
2. Leave your credit card on file for us to bill for services.
3. Establish a credit-line on your account.
4. Weekly e-mailed invoice via e-mail. Retainer clients may receive a monthly e-mailed invoice via e-mail.
~ All credit card numbers on file are secured and will never be shared with any other party or given to any personnel within your company.

Billing
Invoices are e-mailed every Monday. Terms are net 30 on all invoices. Any invoices past due by 30 days is subject to a 1.5% late fee each month and / or collections until fully satisfied. Accounts past due by 30 days will be frozen until fully satisfied. There is a $25.00 fee if credit card is declined. Revisions after application has been produced will be assessed with an additional charge. Returned checks are subject to a $50.00 fee. Invoices mailed out include a postage fee.
